Wycieczka w Góry Świętokrzyskie
W dniach 12 -14 czerwca 2017 r. uczniowie z klasy ekonomicznej – 1c i 2c, realizujący rozszerzoną geografię, oraz zainteresowana edukacją przyrodniczą młodzież z klas 2a i 2b uczestniczyli w wyjeździe turystyczno – krajoznawczym w Góry Świętokrzyskie. Oprócz chwil relaksu i odpoczynku po blisko dziesięciomiesięcznej nauce, uczestnicy wycieczki poszerzyli swoją wiedzę geograficzną na temat historii, budowy geologicznej i cech środowiska przyrodniczego regionu.

Słowa te idealnie odzwierciedlają myśli uczestników czerwcowej wycieczki do pięknego, tak wiele znaczącego dla polskiej kultury miasta – Lwowa. W niedzielny poranek, 11 czerwca, grupa uczniów wraz z nauczycielami wybrała się za wschodnią granicę naszego państwa. Przejeżdżając przez urokliwe lwowskie uliczki trafiliśmy na Cmentarz Łyczakowski, który jest miejscem pochówku wielu zasłużonych dla Polski i Ukrainy ludzi kultury, nauki i polityki.
Klasa IIIbg na biwaku w Suścu
Koniec roku szkolnego to trudny czas dla większości uczniów, ale i dla nauczycieli. Odpowiedzi, klasówki, testy itd. dają się nam wszystkim we znaki. Dlatego, aby trochę odetchnąć i nabrać sił uczniowie kl. III bg z wychowawczynią p. Urszulą Pasieką i s. Bernadettą Kozieł odpoczywali na dwudniowym biwaku w Suścu (8-9.06.2017 r.). Aktywnie spędzając czas w otoczeniu pięknej natury Roztocza „naładowaliśmy akumulatory” przed ostatecznymi zaliczeniami w szkole.

W dniach 23 - 26 maja 2017 r. 39 uczniów Gimnazjum i Liceum im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie wraz z opiekunkami: p. Urszulą Pasieką, która po raz kolejny była organizatorem wyjazdu, p. Beatą Trześniowską i p. Anną Modzelewską udało się w niezwykłą podróż po przepięknym i wspaniałym Wiedniu.

Klasa III ag w poniedziałek, czyli 29.05.2017 roku, odwiedziła Aptekę ABC Zdrowia, znajdującą się przy ul. Narutowicza w Hrubieszowie.
Staszic na Dniu Otwartym Uniwersytetu Medycznego
21 marca 2017 r. uczniowie klas II b i II e Liceum Ogólnokształcącego wzięli udział w Dniu Otwartym Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Lublinie.
Noc Biologów
W piątek, 13 stycznia 2017 r. „Noc” rozpoczęła się już krótko po godzinie 15, a za oknem trzymał mróz i sypał śnieg. Obrazy zza szyb autobusu były bajkowe, ale droga trudna. Jak w taką pogodę tętni życie? Czy powszechne przekonanie, że zima jest tą porą roku, w której życie zamiera jest prawdziwe? Czy tak jest naprawdę? Czy mróz i mrok mogą pokonać życie? Przekonaliśmy się przyjmując zaproszenie Wydziału Biologii i Biotechnologii UMCS w Lublinie na wyjątkową „Noc Biologów”.
Młodzieżowe spotkania kresowe
W ramach współpracy nawiązanej ze Szkołą nr 1 we Włodzimierzu Wołyńskim nasza szkoła gościła 2 grudnia uczniów i nauczycieli z Ukrainy, a 13 grudnia my pojechaliśmy za Bug z rewizytą.

15 czerwca 2023 roku w Lublinie odbył się Wojewódzki Finał Licealiady w Festiwalu Sztafet. Znakomicie zaprezentowali się uczniowie I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie zajmując miejsca na podium! Gratulacje!!!
