Warsztaty laboratoryjne na Uniwersytecie Przyrodniczym w Lublinie
18 stycznia 2019 r. młodzież klasy IIb i IIe Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie gościła w Katedrze Botaniki Wydziału Ogrodnictwa i Architektury Krajobrazu Uniwersytetu Przyrodniczego w Lublinie.
Noc biologów na Wydziale Biologii i Biotechnologii UMCS
Niesamowicie szybki rozwój nauk związanych ze zdrowiem i kondycją człowieka, z genetyką, biotechnologią zmusza do nieustannego uzupełniania wiedzy. Świadome uczestnictwo w dyskusji nad tak gorącymi tematami jak: zapłodnienie in vitro, genetycznie modyfikowana żywność (pochodzenia roślinnego i zwierzęcego), klonowanie zwierząt hodowlanych, wymagają od nas głębokiej wiedzy biologicznej i etycznej.
Pielgrzymka maturzystów na Jasną Górę
Ważnym wydarzeniem w życiu młodego człowieka jest ukończenie szkoły, a w przypadku wielu uczniów zdanie egzaminu maturalnego. Wraz z nim kończy się okres obowiązkowej nauki oraz otwiera się droga do podjęcia studiów.
Niesamowita wycieczka na Wschód!
W czwartek 18 października 2018 roku uczniowie naszej szkoły pod opieką pań Neonili Pawluk, Agnieszki Jamroż i Ludwiki Siudyki udali się na wycieczkę historyczno -krajoznawczą na Ukrainę. Jej uczestnicy spędzili dwa dni za granicą Bugu. W czasie podróży młodzież miała okazję podziwiać piękną architekturę Lwowa i nienaruszoną przyrodę krajobrazu ukraińskiego. Najpierw pojechaliśmy do stolicy Podola – Kamieńca Podolskiego, położonego nad rzeką Smotrycz. To piękne miasto zachwyca swoją potężną twierdzą i bogatą historią. Na szczególną uwagę zasługuje wielokulturowość tych ziem – zamieszkiwali je nasi rodacy, Ormianie i ludność ruska. Noc uczestnicy wycieczki spędzili w ekskluzywnym hotelu "Kleopatra", gdzie czekały na nich liczne atrakcje, takie jak basen czy kręgle. Nie można było również pominąć wieczornego spaceru urokliwymi ulicami miasta.
Pokazy z fizyki
Corocznie we wrześniu, Instytut Fizyki UMCS organizuje pokazy z fizyki. Uczniowie naszej szkoły, cyklicznie już, uczestniczą w takich zajęciach. Każdego roku, w atmosferze wspólnej zabawy z fizyką.
Udział uczniów klasy biologiczno-chemicznej Staszica w projektach edukacyjnych w ramach Lubelskiego Festiwalu Nauki
W dniu 17 września 2018 r. uczniowie maturalnej klasy biologiczno-chemicznej „Staszica” uczestniczyli w trzech projektach edukacyjnych, przeprowadzonych przez Uniwersytet Medyczny w Lublinie w ramach Lubelskiego Festiwalu Nauki. Zajęcia edukacyjne odbyły się w Uniwersyteckim Szpitalu Klinicznym im. prof Antoniego Gębali. Wyjazd na zajęcia zorganizowała pani Anna Modzelewska, która wspólnie z panią Beatą Trześniowską opiekowała się grupą w czasie wyjazdu.
Zajęcia terenowe z geografii na Roztoczu
W poniedziałek 10 września 2018 r. uczniowie klasy 2C, realizujący geografię na poziomie rozszerzonym, udali się na zajęcia terenowe. Kierunkiem wyprawy było Roztocze, a dokładnie Szczebrzeszyński Park Krajobrazowy. Na jego terenie, wśród wąwozów lessowych, w eksperymentalnych warunkach, odbyły się zajęcia, których celem było powiązanie teorii geograficznej z praktyką oraz rozbudzenie ciekawości świata, rozwijanie umiejętność analizowania i wnioskowania, dokonywania pomiaru, prowadzenia obserwacji, posługiwania się różnorodnym sprzętem. Uczniowie, korzystając z mapy topograficznej i urządzeń nawigacyjnych, pokonali wyznaczoną w instrukcji trasę, wykonując pomiary (np. wyznaczając azymut) i rozwiązując zadania teoretyczne dotyczące środowiska przyrodniczego regionu.
Wycieczka uczniów klas: IIag, IIcg i IIIag w Bieszczady
W dniach 18-20 czerwca odbyła się wycieczka uczniów klas: IIag, IIcg i IIIag w Bieszczady, organizowana przez panie Agnieszkę Jamroż i Elżbietę Dąbrowską.

15 czerwca 2023 roku w Lublinie odbył się Wojewódzki Finał Licealiady w Festiwalu Sztafet. Znakomicie zaprezentowali się uczniowie I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie zajmując miejsca na podium! Gratulacje!!!
