19 października uczniowie naszej szkoły pod opieką p. prof. Neonilii Pawluk, Ludwiki Siudyki i s. Bernadetty Kozieł i w znakomitym towarzystwie emerytowanych nauczycieli naszej szkoły, po raz kolejny chętnie wyruszyli na dwudniową wycieczkę „Śladami Polskości na Ukrainie”.
Bieszczadzka przygoda klasy 2dg
Nasza bieszczadzka przygoda zaczęła się w poniedziałkowy poranek, 16 października: pełni entuzjazmu wyruszyliśmy w podróż do Zwierzynia - naszej bazy noclegowej. W czasie jazdy ustalaliśmy, kto z kim będzie w pokoju oraz zgadywaliśmy, jaką niespodziankę zastaniemy na miejscu.
Dziewczyny ze „Staszica” na Wojewódzkiej Licealiadzie w Sztafetowych Biegach Przełajowych
W dniu 20.10.2017 roku, w Cycowie odbyły się Mistrzostwa Województwa w Sztafetowych Biegach Przełajowych. W zawodach wzięły udział reprezentantki Zespołu Szkół nr 2 w Hrubieszowie. Łącznie startowało 12 drużyn. Drużyna liczyła 6 dziewcząt i każda miała przebiec 1000 m. Bardzo się starałyśmy i dałyśmy z siebie wszystko, lecz trasa była ciężka i trudna, choć ciekawa, bo przełajowa. Zajęłyśmy 11 miejsce.
IV miejsce dziewcząt „Staszica” w Finale Wojewódzkim w Lidze La
18 października 2017r. dziewczęta z naszej szkoły- ZS nr2 w Hrubieszowie, brały udział w Wojewódzkim Finale w Lidze LA. Zawody odbyły się na stadionie w Puławach. W zawodach brały udział zespoły z całego województwa lubelskiego, łącznie 9 zespołów. Cieszyłyśmy się, że znalazłyśmy się wśród najlepszych drużyn, ale my też czułyśmy się mocne! W rezultacie zajęłyśmy 4 miejsce.
Powiatowe obchody Dnia Edukacji Narodowej
12 października 2017 r. odbyły się w naszej szkole uroczyste obchody Dnia Edukacji Narodowej. W tej szczególnej uroczystości wzięli udział przedstawiciele władz samorządowych, dyrektorzy, nauczyciele szkół powiatu hrubieszowskiego oraz nauczyciele emeryci.
Wicemistrzynie wojewódzkiego półfinału Licealiady w Lidze LA
10 października 2017 roku w Zamościu odbył się Wojewódzki Półfinał Licealiady w lidze LA dziewcząt, w których startowało osiem szkół z Chełma, Biłgoraja, Tomaszowa Lubelskiego, Krasnegostawu oraz z Zamościa. Awans na dalszy etap uzyskały dziewczęta z naszej szkoły, które pomimo dużej konkurencji zajęły II miejsce. "Staszic" wystawił zarówno drużynę dziewcząt i chłopców.
I miejsce Jacka Tyszkiewicza!
6 października 2017 r. w Zwierzyńcu, uczeń klasy IIIa naszego gimnazjum, Jacek Tyszkiewicz, wywalczył I miejsce w II Wojewódzkim Konkursie "Matematyka z kalkulatorem graficznym" organizowanym pod patronatem Marszałka Województwa Lubelskiego. Wszyscy nasi reprezentanci zaprezentowali się bardzo dobrze, tuż za podium znaleźli się Magdalena Bojarczuk (IIIag) i Tomasz Turek (IIIcg).
Awans na województwo!
5 października 2017 roku, na stadionie OSiR w Tomaszowie Lubelskim, odbyły się Rejonowe Sztafetowe Biegi Przełajowe o awans do szczebla wojewódzkiego. W zawodach udział wzięło dziewięć drużyn, spośród których miejsce w wojewódzkich zmaganiach mogły wywalczyć tylko dwie. Reprezentacja dziewcząt z naszego liceum stanęła na II miejscu podium, co dało im awans na kolejny etap zawodów, które będą miały miejsce w Cycowie 20 października 2017 r.

Srebro i brąz na zawodach wojewódzkich podczas Festiwalu Sztafet
15 czerwca 2023 roku w Lublinie odbył się Wojewódzki Finał Licealiady w Festiwalu Sztafet. Znakomicie zaprezentowali się uczniowie I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie zajmując miejsca na podium! Gratulacje!!!
