HOOLIGANS -  appeared in years 50. First in United States and Westerly Europe , later  Poland. Those young people are sometimes distrustful, cruel, soured and aggressive. Possesses the slighting relation to the work, the learning or services in the army. Among hooligans dominates the hedonistic attitude as well as the use from the pleasure and the avoidance of the effort. At present groups of hooligans organize thefts of cars, fights on stadiums (they use to them knives, bricks, chains etc.) and burglaries to cellars.
