Wróbel przez niemal cały XX wiek powszechnie występował na terenie Polski.
W ostatnich 20-30 latach zaczął coraz bardziej znikać z miast. Powoduje to, że myślimy o tym małym ptaszku z wielkim sentymentem. Wszechobecny, wszędobylski świergot wróbelka towarzyszył nam od dzieciństwa, obecnie zaś populacja tego radosnego ptaszka jest prawie w zaniku.

Klasa ekonomiczna na Lubelskim Festiwalu Nauki
We wtorek 17 września 2019 r. uczniowie klasy 1c3 pod opieką p. Moniki Młynarczuk, p. Anny Pękowskiej i p. Doroty Sędłak udali się do Lublina na Festiwal Nauki. Wśród ogromnej oferty wykładów i innych form prezentacji wiedzy wybór padł na zagadnienia związane z przedmiotem kierunkowym w tej klasie – geografią.
Sukces uczennic Staszica – 4 miejsce w Polsce!
W czwartek 19 września 2019 r. na stadionie lekkoatletycznym im. Michała Barty przy I Liceum Ogólnokształcącym im. M. Kopernika w Kołobrzegu odbył się Finał Ogólnopolski Szkolnej Ligi Lekkoatletycznej roku szkolnego 2018/2019.

W trosce o dobrą atmosferę i poczucie bezpieczeństwa od pierwszych dni września szczególną troską otaczamy tych, którzy rozpoczynają naukę. Trwają zajęcia integracyjne klas pierwszych, które wpisały się już w tradycję naszej szkoły. Działania integrujące stanowią ważny czynnik szeroko rozumianych oddziaływań wychowawczych. Zajęcia mają pomóc młodzieży zaadoptować się do nowych warunków w nowej szkole i klasie, w integracji z grupą.
Spotkanie ze studentem Wydziału Mechatroniki Politechniki Rzeszowskiej
Na pierwszej lekcji automatyki w klasie maturalnej gościliśmy absolwenta naszego Gimnazjum i ucznia Liceum Sebastiana Jakubowskiego. Sebastian w nowym roku akademickim będzie kontynuował studia na trzecim roku Mechatroniki i jednocześnie rozpocznie studia na wydziale Automatyki Politechniki Rzeszowskiej.
