Laureaci konkursu historycznego
Jakub Kozik ( IA) i Maciej Dembicki vel Wiśniewski ( IIID) zajęli pierwsze i drugie miejsce w Konkursie Historycznym „Wolna – Niepodległa”. Etap międzyszkolny, w którym uczestniczyli uczniowie z powiatu hrubieszowskiego, odbył się 12 grudnia 2019r. w auli naszej szkoły.
O zwycięstwie Gabrysi Jarosz i podróży do Rosji
13 grudnia br. Gabriela Jarosz - uczennica kl. II E - pod opieką nauczycielki języka rosyjskiego p. Neonili Pawluk wyruszyła do Sankt Petersburga na finał Międzynarodowego Konkursu Recytatorskiego „Żywa Klasyka 2019”.

16 grudnia uczniowie kl. 1b (biol-chem 4-letni) z wychowawcą, p. Joanną Lis i opiekunką Szkolnego Koła Wolontariatu, p. Anną Pękowską gościli w Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym w Hrubieszowie. Jak co roku, prawie wszystkie klasy z naszej szkoły przygotowały gwiazdkowe prezenty, by móc podarować je niepełnosprawnym dzieciom.

„Światowy Dzień Pluszowego Misia „ w I Liceum Ogólnokształcącym im. Ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie.
Sukces uczniów Staszica!!! I i II miejsce i dwa wyróżnienia!
13 grudnia 2019 r. w Dużej Auli Wydziału Humanistycznego UMCS w Lublinie odbył się, zorganizowany przez Katedrę Lingwistyki Stosowanej, konkurs recytatorski „Magia słowa” skierowany do uczniów szkół ponadpodstawowych. Zadaniem uczestników było przedstawienie własnej interpretacji dwóch utworów literackich (lub ich fragmentów) w języku rosyjskim.
Bezpieczne ferie
W związku ze zbliżającymi się feriami zimowymi w dniu 5 grudnia gościliśmy przedstawicieli Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Hrubieszowie. Podczas spotkania apelowano o rozwagę, przestrzegano przed wchodzeniem na zamarznięte akweny wodne. Przypomniano uczniom również zasady pierwszej pomocy, jak się zachować jeśli wydarzy się „wypadek”, jak pomóc osobom poszkodowanym. Zwrócono uwagę również na numery alarmowe oraz w jaki sposób należy zgłaszać zdarzenia.
Podwójny awans uczniów „Staszica” do zawodów rejonowych w drużynowym tenisie stołowym
10 grudnia 2019 roku w Naszej szkole rozegrana została Powiatowa Licealiada w Drużynowym Tenisie Stołowym. Zarówno drużyna chłopców, jak i dziewcząt, zajęły II miejsce w powiecie uzyskując awans do zawodów rejonowych. Gratulacje!!!

10 grudnia 2019 r. w auli I LO im. ks. St. Staszica odbył się Powiatowy Konkurs Języka Rosyjskiego zatytułowany „Spacer z Maszą”. Nadrzędnym celem wydarzenia jest rozwijanie zainteresowania nauką języka rosyjskiego, zachęcanie do poznawania kultury, historii i geografii Rosji oraz kształtowanie kreatywności i zdolności artystycznych. W tegorocznym konkursie wzięło udział 25 uczniów szkół podstawowych z miasta oraz powiatu hrubieszowskiego. Konkurs objęty został honorowym patronatem przez Starostę Powiatu Hrubieszowskiego - panią Marylę Symczuk, Burmistrza Hrubieszowa - panią Martę Majewską, Wójta Gminy Hrubieszów - pana Tomasza Zająca, Rosyjski Ośrodek Nauki i Kultury w Warszawie oraz Stowarzyszenie „Staszic”.

15 czerwca 2023 roku w Lublinie odbył się Wojewódzki Finał Licealiady w Festiwalu Sztafet. Znakomicie zaprezentowali się uczniowie I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie zajmując miejsca na podium! Gratulacje!!!
