W tym szczególnie trudnym dla nas wszystkich okresie, kiedy musimy podjąć wyzwanie związane z kształceniem na odległość, zwracamy się do Państwa z prośbą o zorganizowanie bezpiecznych i odpowiednich warunków do pracy, wyrozumiałość, życzliwość, zrozumienie dla potrzeb i oczekiwań swojego dziecka.
Zasady bezpiecznego korzystania z sieci
Drodzy uczniowie!
1. Należy unikać otwierania wiadomości od nieznajomych osób.
2. Pliki należy pobierać tylko z zaufanych witryn.
3. Należy zainstalować program antywirusowy i korzystać z niego.
4. Unikaj wchodzenia w nieznane linki.
5. Nie należy podawać swoich danych osobowych w sieci.
6. Należy chronić konta na serwisach społecznościowych. Rejestrując się na różnego rodzaju portalach społecznościowych decydujemy się na udostępnianie swoich danych osobowych. Akceptując regulamin danego serwisu, wyrażamy zgodę na przetwarzanie tych danych. Warto jednak zwrócić uwagę na politykę prywatności i kwestie bezpieczeństwa (ochrona danych osobowych), aby nasze dane nie zostały wykorzystane w złym celu.
7. Należy stosować skomplikowane, trudne do odgadnięcia hasła będące kombinacją cyfr i liter oraz nie podawać ich nikomu.
8. Nie wolno podawać numerów konta bankowego.
9. Należy uważnie czytać regulaminy.
10. Należy wystrzegać się nieoczekiwanych lub podejrzanych wiadomości e-mail, bez względu na to, kto jest nadawcą. W przypadku takich wiadomości nie należy nigdy otwierać załączników ani klikać znajdujących się w nich łączy.
11. Należy zachować szczególną ostrożność w kontaktach z nieznajomymi osobami przez komunikator, czat, portal społecznościowy czy inną aplikację.
12. Należy pamiętać, że Internet może być groźnym źródłem uzależnienia. Wskazane jest zachować umiar w korzystaniu z Sieci lub w graniu w gry komputerowe.

Zasady bezpiecznego i higienicznego korzystania z komputera
Drodzy uczniowie!
Praca na komputerze będzie efektywna i jednocześnie komfortowa, jeżeli spełnione będą następujące warunki:
• krzesło i biurko powinny być dopasowane do wzrostu użytkownika;
• klawiaturę i ekran monitora należy ustawić w odpowiedniej odległości, dostosowanej do wzrostu i wzroku osoby korzystającej z komputera. Wzrok użytkownika komputera powinien być skierowany na wprost, a odległość twarzy od monitora to od 40 do 80 cm (w zależności od wielkości monitora);
• należy zadbać o właściwe oświetlenie;
• należy robić częste przerwy w pracy z komputerem, które pozwolą na zrelaksowanie się i umożliwią odpoczynek oczom, mięśniom szyi, barku i dłoni. Nieprzerwana praca przy monitorze powinna trwać nie dłużej niż 30 do 45 minut;
• plecy powinny być wyprostowane i przylegać do oparcia krzesła, przedramiona ugięte pod kątem zbliżonym do kąta prostego, powinny opierać się o brzeg biurka, a dłonie powinny być prawidłowo ułożone na klawiaturze;
• monitor powinien być odchylony nieznacznie do tyłu.

Wyniki Międzynarodowego Konkursu Informatycznego Bóbr.

Informacja o realizacji projektu w ramach programu "Groby i cmentarze wojenne w kraju"
Burmistrz Miasta Hrubieszowa informuje, że Gmina Miejska Hrubieszów rozpoczęła realizację zadania pn: „Remont mogił żołnierzy – legionistów poległych w 1918 - 1920 roku, pochowanych na cmentarzu grzebalnym w Hrubieszowie”, które uzyskało dofinansowanie ze środków Ministra Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego w ramach programu „Groby i cmentarze wojenne w kraju”.
