Sukcesów sportowych ciąg dalszy
29 września 2017 roku w Hrubieszowie odbyła się Powiatowa Licealiada w Lidze LA,
w której startowały szkoły ponadgimnazjalne z powiatu hrubieszowskiego.
Reprezentację Liceum „Staszica” stanowiły zespoły: dziewcząt i chłopców. Każdy z zespołów zajął I miejsce, a tym samym awansował do etapu rejonowego, który odbędzie się 10 października 2017 roku w Zamościu.
Dziewczęta uzyskały wynik 1108 punktów w następujących konkurencjach:

WOLONTARIUSZE STASZICA POMAGAJĄ UCZNIOM
Uczniowie Gimnazjum im. Ks. Stanisława Staszica już od kilku lat biorą udział w zbiórce żywności i kweście pieniężnej organizowanej przez Szkolne Koło Wolontariatu i Stowarzyszenie Edukacyjne „Razem” w Hrubieszowie pod hasłem: „Pełny tornister”.
W tym roku, we wrześniu `17, zbiórkę w marketach „Stokrotka” przeprowadzili uczniowie klasy III b gimnazjum: Adam Skwarek, Ola Mięczak, Julia Majewska, Kaja Kwiatkowska, Julita Świeca, Kasia Wrona, Oliwia Jaworska, Basia Kapusta, Maryla Pawelczyk, Ola Pukaluk, Ola Popowicz, Kinga Wróblewska, Agnieszka Beń, Michał Palatinus, Ola Woźnica pod opieką wychowawcy Doroty Sędłak oraz nauczycieli:
Reginy Kopery, Neonili Pawluk, Urszuli Pasieki, Ludwiki Siudyki, Katarzyny Siek,
Barbary Brzezickiej i Anny Pękowskiej.
Żywność, zebrana podczas akcji, zostanie przekazana w formie paczek potrzebującym uczniom powiatu hrubieszowskiego, a zebrane pieniądze przeznaczone będą na zakup odzieży lub dofinansowanie obiadów w szkole.

Srebro i brąz na zawodach wojewódzkich podczas Festiwalu Sztafet
15 czerwca 2023 roku w Lublinie odbył się Wojewódzki Finał Licealiady w Festiwalu Sztafet. Znakomicie zaprezentowali się uczniowie I Liceum Ogólnokształcącego im. ks. Stanisława Staszica w Hrubieszowie zajmując miejsca na podium! Gratulacje!!!
